Abstract

Parents play a vital role as social ac tors in the development of children's academic achievement by motivating them. Their active participation in children's learning process is quite important for them to influence their children for a better learning outcome. Parental involvement in literature has been defined in a variety of ways. It is generally the involvement of parents in the children's education process with the aim of improving their academic as well as social wellbeing.
