Abstract

The importance of organizational culture to the growth and survival of organizations has been taken for granted over the years by top management level This study is set out to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance at the National Institute of Public Information NIPI For this research the entire staff of the National Institute of Public Information NIPI Totaling 33 forms the population of this study A census study was considered because the target population was small to sample hence the entire population was considered for the research study The major technique used for data analysis is ANOVA and multiple regressions It was used to test if there is any significant relationship between the three independent variables and employees performance
