Abstract

This study aims at investigating the impact of employee engagement practices on job performance of telecommunication companies in Jordan. The population of the study consists of the employees working at the centers of telecommunication companies in Jordan counted (468). A convenience sample estimated (300) employees. A questionnaire was used as a major tool for data collection adopted from the previous studies, to answer the study questions, and test the hypotheses SPSS was used. The study finding showed that employee engagement practices have a statistically significant effect on Job Performance of telecommunication companies in Jordan. Based on the results, the researcher proposes several recommendations to managers and decision makers of the telecommunication companies in Jordan.
