Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the important things a company maintains in order to maintain business continuity because customer satisfaction will be able to increase profits for the company. This research was conducted to examine the influence between variables of product quality, promotion and service on customer satisfaction at UD. Bali Rahayu. The population in this research is 90 UD customers.
