Abstract
This research focuses on analysing the factors explaining the formation of entrepreneurial intent among young graduates in Cameroon. Based on the the oretical contributions of the various authors on the analysis of entrepreneurial behavior (Ajzen, 1991; Shapero and Sokol, 1982), we have made research hypotheses in order to confrontthemwith the realities of ourcontext. In entrepreneurial literature, the formation of entrepreneurial intentions depends on perceived desirability and perceived feasibility. Results from an empirical study of a sample of 490 recent graduates confirmed our two research hypotheses. This research workmakes a modest contribution to the debate about the entrepreneurial intentions of graduates.
