Management and Finance of Jordanian Housing market (2000-2016)

Abstract

Study objectives: Outlining the situation of the Jordanian housing market. Outlining the government effort in the housing market. Evaluating the Jordanian commercial banks in financing the housing market. The study problem: What is the role that Jordanian commercial banks play in the financing the sectors of construction and housing markets. The statistical method used: Descriptive statistical methods of tables that required percentiles, Deciles, and a measure of location of the averages ‘Mean’.
