Abstract

This study had been aimed to find out the prevalence of organizational justice and job satisfaction as perceived by employees in banking sector of Pakistan Further this study examined the relationship between organizational justice encompassed by three components distributive justice procedural justice and interactional justice and job satisfaction it also investigated the relationship between employees perception of organizational justice and their personal traits age gender marital status qualification salary income and banking experience The study investigated the relationship of these justice measures in the Banking Sector of Pakistan where this study was limited to city Faisalabad and only 5 banks named Meezan Bank Limited Bank Alfalah Limited Habib Bank Limited Allied Bank Limited and NIB Bank Limited were included in this study A sample of 291 was determined out of 1 124 employees working in 124 branches of these five banks in Faisalabad
