Dr. Orok B. Arrey

Dr. Orok B. Arrey is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Business Administration, currently affiliated with the Department of Business Administration at Federal University Wukari, Taraba State, Nigeria. With a career dedicated to exploring the intersections of entrepreneurship, organizational development, and public policy, Dr. Arrey has authored numerous scholarly works that address critical issues in Nigerian business and management. His research portfolio includes studies on leadership competence in indigenous entrepreneurship, political risk for multinational corporations, industrialization and economic advancement, corporate planning, and human resource management. Dr. Arrey's work has been cited extensively, reflecting his influence in the academic community. He has published 7 indexed works, accumulating 16 citations, with an h-index of 2 and an i10-index of 0. His contributions continue to shape the understanding of business dynamics in developing economies.
