Electric Vehicle or in short EV has made a revolution in the automobile industry. The largest automobile industries are moving towards into this. Within next five to ten years world will shift to electric vehicle. As Bangladesh is one of the emerging countries in Asia, so it will have a great market potentiality. So, Bangladesh will have a big opportunity for EV business. But there are some challenges too to introduce a new business model like Electric Vehicle business. In this study, we have tried to analyze the market potentiality and the business strategy in Bangladesh through SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP to analyse different strategies. These strategies had feasible solution proved by sensitivity analysis.
