Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the link between the employee and organizational justice job satisfaction. Privatize banks (ABL, UBL, SCB, Kasahf, Alfalah) were selected for the study and a questionnaire were distributed among the 100 bank employees. Aggregate of 53 questionnaires were obtained back with the feedback of 53%. The results showed that distributive justice has optimistic and substantial control on job satisfaction. This study also exposed that procedural justice has major indirect relationship with job contentment. Practical level of Organizational justice can be enhanced the level of job satisfaction.
